Today we break protocol to mention a unique group on Linkedin.com called Audiology Jobs. If you're not on Linkedin.com you really ought to join-it's free. Don't waste too much time trying to build your profile (initially)-you'll have plenty of time to add to and refine your profile later on.
Once you're on Linkedin.com with your initial profile then Search Groups for Audiology Jobs and ask to join. The Group is exclusively for Audiologists and hearing professionals in the Audiology space.
The purpose of the group is to facilitate key connections, disclose emerging opportunities not yet exposed to the public (i.e. Audiology Online, OR, even on www.bridgeline.org, etc.) AND most importantly to reveal a first look at company insider information. There is a tremendous opportunity to tap into this rapidly growing Audiology network to leverage each other's experiences, to offer your influence in the hearing space, share information and most importantly facilitate your career path.
